Regarding the natural environment, Vallbona d'Anoia is one of the six villages that make up Valls de l'Anoia, a region located in the southeast of the Anoia region, declared Natural Protected Area. The municipal district extends to the left of the Anoia river, whose course follows, from Vallbona, a fault in a perpendicular direction to the Prelitoral Mountain Range that leaves behind the Central Depression to overcome the plain of Penedès. They also drain the territory, the Seca stream, the Carol stream and the torrent of Llivars.
The surroundings are ideal for hiking trails, which, a few kilometers, lead us to see unique spaces such as the pine forest with the highest pines of Catalonia, waterfalls that are so little known or surprising, or the Ral path that leads through the base of the prehistoric park of Abric Romaní, and many more activities.
